Parcels are usually delivered within 3-7 working days (Monday to Friday) from dispatch. The total delivery time from placing your order is normally 4-9 working days. Once your parcel is sent, you will receive a tracking link.
Shipping policy.
You can return items within 60 days of receiving your order, provided they have not been worn or washed and are in their original, undamaged condition. Items must be returned to our warehouse. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. To start a return, contact us at support@loulans.com.
At the moment we only deliver within Australia, so that we can offer the best possible local service. We will let you know as soon as we expand our delivery area.
Yes! We offer free standard delivery on every order, with no minimum spend. Straight to your door, at our expense.
Once we have received your return and approved it, your money will be refunded within 7 working days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days before the amount appears in your account.
